I just want to live a healthy life, live and love, to do what I can with whatever I am blessed with. I have no material goals of being wealthy. I feel I am already wealthy in the ways I care about.
— Caballo Blanco

Geronimo was a central figure and an inspiration for Micah. This portrait of him, by famed artist Andy Warhol, was presented to Maria Walton at the Boulder Memorial Run on April 7, 2012.

Barefoot Ted and some Lunatics in Seattle, April 9, 2012. Several Mas Locos joined us on April 9, 2012, to celebrate the life and legacy of Caballo Blanco here in Seattle. CCUM 2013 will be yet another celebration of a legacy and a vision of a dreamer whose dreams materialized in beautiful and unexpected ways. - Barefoot Ted

A flock of beautiful birds cross the sunset. On Friday afternoon, April 7, we (Ela and Bogdan) joined all Boulder runners in the tribute to Micah. The sandy Boiler Beach of Lake Huron was the place to say "thank you and good-bye" to Caballo Blanco during our one-hour run. The day ended with a spectacular sunset. Keep on running, Caballo! - Bogdan

A beautiful omen for a Memorial Run. This is where I went running for Micah, with Micah on April 7, 2012. I was running a new, unknown trail, and look where it took me. The sign is French for "Island of Peace". - Flint

Aida Wasilewski and friends, after their memorial run in California. Cheers to Micah....!!! Breakfast after our memorial run in Trabuco Canyon, California

Scott Jurek and Caballo Blanco - Just returning from some tough days in New Mexico. Caballo left us doing what he loved in a place that was sacred to the Apache and ancient running people he revered. He touched so many of us and his spirit will continue to do so. Travel light and swiftly in the Land of the Mountain Spirits, my friend. - Scott

Flowers For Micah - On April 6, 2012, I ran my favorite trail, the Bluestem-Mesa Loop, in honor of Micah True. I found these pretty flowers right smack in the middle of the trail. Had to stop to cry, until a gust of wind nudged me forward that I had to start running again. - Natasha
